Terms of Service

Last updated: August 12, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the masteryfastener website (the “Website”). The Website is operated by masteryfastener (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to present industrial components, including spring plungers and indexing plungers, and custom manufacturing capabilities for business enquiries.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Business Use of the Website

The Website is intended for business, industrial, engineering, sourcing, and procurement purposes. It is not an online store, and use of the Website does not create a customer, supplier, agency, partnership, or contractual relationship between you and masteryfastener.

You represent that you are authorised to make enquiries or act on behalf of the business or organisation identified in your communication with us.

2. Website Information

Product descriptions, images, dimensions, specifications, application examples, technical content, and other materials on the Website are provided for general reference only. They may be updated, corrected, or withdrawn without notice.

Website content is not a binding offer, quotation, warranty, approval of a particular design, or confirmation that a product is available, suitable, compliant, or manufacturable for your intended application. You are responsible for verifying all requirements relevant to your project, including dimensions, tolerances, materials, performance, safety, regulatory requirements, and compatibility.

3. Enquiries, RFQs, and Quotations

Submitting a contact form, request for quotation, email, WhatsApp message, drawing, specification, sample, or other enquiry material does not create a contract and does not obligate us to provide a quotation, sample, production capacity, delivery date, or any other commitment.

Any quotation we issue is subject to the specific terms stated in that quotation, including scope, specifications, quantity, pricing, currency, validity period, tooling, samples, packaging, shipping, payment, lead time, quality requirements, and exclusions. A quotation is binding only when expressly stated to be binding and accepted in writing by both parties.

A purchase order, order acknowledgement, sales contract, pro forma invoice, drawing approval, sample approval, or other written commercial document may contain additional or different terms. In the event of a conflict, the applicable written commercial document agreed by both parties will control over these Website Terms.

4. Custom Parts and Technical Materials

For custom or made-to-order components, you are responsible for providing complete, accurate, current, and authorised drawings, specifications, standards, samples, performance requirements, and other technical information necessary for evaluation and manufacture.

You confirm that you have the right to provide all materials submitted to us and that their review, quotation, manufacture, or supply as requested will not infringe another party’s intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, export controls, sanctions, or other legal rights. You remain responsible for final design approval and for determining the suitability of a component for your application.

Unless separately agreed in writing, we do not accept responsibility for errors, omissions, ambiguities, or changes in customer-provided drawings, specifications, samples, or instructions.

5. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

The Website, including its text, graphics, photographs, product presentations, logos, layout, and other content, is owned by or licensed to masteryfastener and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and use Website content for legitimate internal business evaluation. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, scrape, reverse engineer, or use Website content for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission, except where applicable law permits the use.

Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property. The ownership, licence, confidentiality, and permitted use of custom drawings, tooling, designs, samples, or production documentation must be determined in a separate written agreement where applicable.

6. Confidentiality of Enquiry Materials

We will use reasonable care when handling technical materials submitted for an enquiry. However, you should not submit information that is not relevant to the enquiry or that you are not authorised to share.

If you require particular confidentiality obligations, please obtain our written agreement before disclosing the relevant information. Submission of materials through the Website or by ordinary email alone does not create a non-disclosure agreement or other confidentiality arrangement beyond obligations that may apply under law.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Website in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or disruptive. In particular, you must not:

  • Interfere with the Website’s operation, security, or availability
  • Introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful data
  • Attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data
  • Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract Website content without permission
  • Submit false, misleading, infringing, defamatory, or unlawful materials
  • Use the Website to send unsolicited commercial communications or spam

We may suspend or restrict access to the Website where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or where necessary to protect the Website, our business, or other users.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including communication, analytics, advertising, mapping, or social media services. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for third-party content, availability, products, services, or practices.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, current, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Nothing on the Website replaces professional engineering evaluation, product testing, regulatory assessment, or application-specific validation. You are responsible for ensuring that any component you select or purchase is suitable for its intended use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, masteryfastener will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, data, production, or use arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Website or reliance on Website content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any liability related to supplied products, custom manufacturing, quality, delivery, or commercial performance will be governed by the applicable written commercial agreement between the parties.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Website or submitting an enquiry, you acknowledge that your information may be handled as described in that policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our Website, business practices, or legal obligations change. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Website after the updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
